KenjaPlayer Privacy Policy

1. Zero Data Collection & Sharing

KenjaPlayer is a privacy-first application that processes everything locally on your device.

• No personal data collection — we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, identifiers, or usage statistics.
• Local AI processing — all video playback, audio extraction, and AI subtitle generation/translation are processed entirely on your device. None of your media files, audio data, transcribed text, or translation results are ever uploaded to our servers, third-party servers, or any cloud services.
• No telemetry — we do not send any analytics, crash reports, or usage data to external services.

2. Media Server Connections

KenjaPlayer allows you to connect to your self-hosted media servers (such as Jellyfin or Plex).

• Direct connection only — the app communicates directly with servers you configure. We have no intermediary servers and cannot see or access your server credentials or media content.
• Credentials stored locally — your server URLs, usernames, and authentication tokens are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.

3. AI Models

All AI models used for speech recognition and subtitle generation are bundled within the app or provided by the operating system. If a system-provided language pack needs to be downloaded (for example, for on-device translation), the download is handled entirely by the operating system (Apple) — we have no access to it and no part in it.

4. Third-Party Services

KenjaPlayer does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, user tracking tools, telemetry frameworks, or advertising libraries. We do not track your behavior inside the app.

5. Children's Privacy

Since KenjaPlayer does not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect, request, or maintain any information from children under the age of 13.

KenjaPlayer 是一款隐私优先的应用，所有处理都在你的设备本地完成。

• 不收集个人数据——我们不收集、存储、传输或共享任何个人信息、标识符或使用统计。
• AI 本地处理——所有视频播放、音频提取、AI 字幕生成与翻译均完全在你的设备上处理。你的媒体文件、音频数据、转写文本或翻译结果绝不会上传到我们的服务器、第三方服务器或任何云服务。
• 无遥测——我们不会向外部服务发送任何分析、崩溃报告或使用数据。

2. 媒体服务器连接

KenjaPlayer 允许你连接自架的媒体服务器（如 Jellyfin 或 Plex）。

• 仅直连——应用与你自行配置的服务器直接通信。我们没有中间服务器，无法查看或访问你的服务器凭据或媒体内容。
• 凭据仅存本地——你的服务器地址、用户名和认证令牌仅存储在你的设备上，绝不会传输给我们或任何第三方。

3. AI 模型

语音识别与字幕生成所需的 AI 模型全部内置于应用内，或由操作系统提供。如需下载系统提供的语言包（例如用于设备端翻译），下载完全由操作系统（Apple）管理——我们无法访问、也不参与该过程。

4. 第三方服务

KenjaPlayer 不集成任何第三方分析 SDK、用户追踪工具、遥测框架或广告库，也不会追踪你在应用内的行为。

5. 儿童隐私

由于 KenjaPlayer 不收集任何个人数据，我们不会有意收集、请求或维护来自 13 岁以下儿童的任何信息。

KenjaPlayer はプライバシーを最優先するアプリで、すべての処理を端末上で完結します。

• 個人データの収集なし——個人情報、識別子、利用統計を収集・保存・送信・共有することは一切ありません。
• AIは端末内処理——動画再生、音声抽出、AI字幕の生成・翻訳は、すべて端末上でのみ処理されます。メディアファイル、音声データ、文字起こしテキスト、翻訳結果が当社サーバーや第三者サーバー、クラウドサービスにアップロードされることは決してありません。
• テレメトリなし——アナリティクス、クラッシュレポート、利用データを外部サービスに送信することはありません。

2. メディアサーバー接続

KenjaPlayer では、自前で運用するメディアサーバー（Jellyfin、Plex など）に接続できます。

• 直接接続のみ——アプリはユーザーが設定したサーバーと直接通信します。当社に中継サーバーはなく、サーバーの認証情報やメディアコンテンツを閲覧・アクセスすることはできません。
• 認証情報は端末内にのみ保存——サーバーURL、ユーザー名、認証トークンは端末にのみ保存され、当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。

3. AIモデル

音声認識・字幕生成に使用するAIモデルは、すべてアプリ内にバンドルされているか、オペレーティングシステムによって提供されます。システム提供の言語パック（端末内翻訳用など）のダウンロードが必要な場合、その処理はOS（Apple）が完全に管理します——当社はアクセスも関与も一切できません。

4. サードパーティサービス

KenjaPlayer は、サードパーティの分析SDK、ユーザートラッキングツール、テレメトリフレームワーク、広告ライブラリを一切統合せず、アプリ内での行動を追跡することもありません。

5. 子どものプライバシー

KenjaPlayer は個人データを一切収集しないため、13歳未満の子どもから情報を収集・要求・保持することはありません。
